Bilateral Agreements

As from 1 July 2012, the supervision of the enforcement of sentences for ICTR cases falls under the jurisdiction of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT).  The MICT also has jurisdiction to designate enforcement States, including for persons thereafter convicted by the Tribunal. 27 April 2004 - Sweden
17 March 2004 - Italy
14 March 2004 - France
30 August 2000 - Swaziland
26 August 1999 - Benin
12 February 1999 - Mali
