Appeals Chamber Holds its First 2014 Session in Arusha

Judges of the Appeals Chamber of the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda have started hearing oral arguments in the appeal case of Édouard Karemera and Mathieu Ngirumpatse in Arusha today. The Appeals Chamber is also expected to deliver judgement in the appeal case of the Prosecutor vs. Augustin Ndindiliyimana, Augustin Bizimungu, Françoise-Xavier Nzuwonemeye and Innocent Sagahutu on Tuesday, 11 February 2014.
